great space for a weekend, close to walk into town - could be better with some sofas/lounge as youve only got the kitchen as a communal area!

The place was great, they were available to let us check in a bit early, it's nice and cosy. I think one thing they should make a bit more obvious is that the building is extremely tall and narrow, each set of rooms is effectively connected by stairs, so not great for travellers who may be less mobile or affected as such. If that's not a problem, then it's an absolutely excellent option in Brighton.

Great place for a group of us to stay for the weekend! The upper floor kitchen/dining area was fantastic for pre-drinks. Very close to the station for those travelling by train. For those driving parking was difficult but that is as to be expected in central Brighton.

Nice property in walking distance of lots of activities and the seafront, good value and overall as advertised! Bedrooms as as shown in the photos, the ‘living area’ is just a few cushions in the window in the kitchen-diner so it’s not a large seperate space as the description implies, but this communal area is well laid out for a big group celebrating. Everything worked as expected although there are a lot (!!) of stairs as it it spread over 4 floors which should be kept in mind for your stay. All very clean except the downstairs bathroom which seemed to have been missed and is also not as up to date as the other spaces. Excellent weekend stay overall!
