This is a mid-size 4 bedroom house with 2 toilets downstairs alongside a twin room and living room and tiny kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms and 2 small shower rooms. There is a flight of stairs going up to the property entrance. There are 4 sets of keys provided, but no lock-box. We had a lovely stay with Laura, she was super friendly and very responsive as we had a couple of issues during our stay. One of which was related to cold showers and water pressure - I noted this was on another review from 12 months ago, so it's probably an ongoing issue. Something to consider for a group getting ready together. This is very much a party house, which suited our group well. Note the downstairs bedroom vibrated with bass music from outside well past 11pm. It is an old house, so expect uneven floors and misaligned cupboard doors etc. Given how warm it was, I was really happy that fans were provided in each bedroom and living space - great addition. Thanks for a good stay!

Excellent communication and the bedrooms were lovely. For 10 the kitchen was small to prepare food and the dining area small for larger groups to commune. A few water issues with showers. Saying that it was clean and inviting and we had a great time for our hen do
