Great place, really easy to sort everything out. Nice and clean. So close to the beach, not exactly a picturesque road but it’s worth it to be so close to the beach. This was for a stag do of 8 of us. The big table in the living room was perfect - we did a big board game session the first night. Sleeping arrangements all worked out fine. It would have been very cosy if there were any more, I feel like 8 is about the limit unless you want to share a bed. Overall a great hen / stag / friends destination for smaller groups.

We had a fantastic stay in Brighton for my best friends hen do. A perfect house for big groups and the special touches such as neon lights really made it great. Would recommend to any big groups looking for a place to stay in Brighton!

We had the most amazing stay here for a hen do with 12 of us. The house was absolutely perfect, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend and more. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our plans, while still having a gorgeous place to come back to and relax together. The décor is stunning and really made the whole experience feel special. We all had such a fabulous time and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Would absolutely recommend and would love to stay again!

This place is great for large groups celebrating a special occasion. Nice big dining table for hosting and three showers and bathrooms was helpful. It is quite a small fridge for a large group of people. The host was helpful in the lead up and being able to book the Sunday for free is amazing. Really good location for activities in central Brighton.
