These enjoyable and brilliant confetti filled balloons are an excellent way to pop some colour into your wedding or hen party. Clear balloons with tissue paper confetti inside. There is a mix of coloured confetti inside the balloons. Each pack consists of 5 x 12″ confetti filled balloons. To fill the balloons we suggest a mix of helium and a great old puff of air! To make the confetti adhere to the sides produce some static energy and rub the balloon on a material surface area.
