We stayed here for a few days while attending Sussex University Chess Festival with our child and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the seafront, making it perfect for relaxing walks by the beach during our free time. The house is spacious, with plenty of rooms, and the kitchen is well equipped, which made it very convenient for our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to pay a little more attention to the overall cleaning before each guest arrives. The property would benefit from a more thorough clean, particularly the floors, carpets and surfaces, to ensure everything feels fresh and spotless. The dishwasher could also use some maintenance. It would benefit from a machine care cycle, the dishwasher salt needs to be refilled, and the dishwasher door appears to be slightly misaligned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and believe that with a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an even better place for future guests. Thanks a lot and we look forward to seeing you next year!

We had a really great stay at Little Paris - perfect space for a group booking. The house was clean and tidy, beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us, without it feeling crowded and fighting for bathroom time! The house is about a 15min walk to the beach which was perfect and there were plenty of cafes/restaurants close by which was handy. Daniela & Rachel were very responsive when I’d been in touch and were happy to help with my queries. Would definitely stay again - thanks for a lovely stay!

Great house for a large number of people, had a big open planned space downstairs to use an accommodated for 18 of us staying. Walls had a few marks on arrival, which made the place look a bit dated but it was clean and looked exactly like the photos. Easy instructions to find the house and easy code entry for the house which meant everyone could come and go as they pleased. Great house for large groups/hen weekend in Brighton

Booked Little Paris for a hen weekend for 20. Host’s were really responsive with any questions. I was worried it would be a squeeze but house felt spacious even with 20 gathered in the open plan living area. Approx a 10 minute walk to bars/restaurants (we ended grabbing Ubers one evening as weather wasn’t great, only about £7/8 so really reasonable) Overall I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a accommodation that can house a large group x
