We loved the big open plan kitchen and dining area, particularly the huge table we could all sit at together. The bunk beds were comfortable enough and fun. We had towels and bed linen, plenty of cutlery, plates pans etc

We had a wonderful stay—there was plenty of space for all 8 of us, with comfortable rooms that easily accommodated our group. The house was clean throughout, and having dedicated parking was a massive bonus for Brighton. It's in a convenient location, just a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

From the moment of booking to check out our experience with Brighton Holiday Let's was amazing and highly professional and accommodating. We had informed them we are a family having a staycation. They advised us of the room formats and we said we would be happy with it. We were right to think that. They were very accommodating and the house was prestine clean and well looked after. It is a very good house that has been kept to a high standard. The 2 parking spots was a massive spot. The house itself was amazing but the communication and assistance from the host Brighton Holiday Lets was very professional and accommodating of my situation of bringing in a family to the house. The location is amazing and only a few minutes from location and shops and because of the parking spots you did not really need to think too much about having to take the car out which is a big bonus for a large family. I would highly recommend staying on all aspects from the accommodation, service and location.

Great for family stays for short stay

We stayed here for a few days while attending Sussex University Chess Festival with our child and overall had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the seafront, making it perfect for relaxing walks by the beach during our free time. The house is spacious, with plenty of rooms, and the kitchen is well equipped, which made it very convenient for our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to pay a little more attention to the overall cleaning before each guest arrives. The property would benefit from a more thorough clean, particularly the floors, carpets and surfaces, to ensure everything feels fresh and spotless. The dishwasher could also use some maintenance. It would benefit from a machine care cycle, the dishwasher salt needs to be refilled, and the dishwasher door appears to be slightly misaligned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and believe that with a little more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this would be an even better place for future guests. Thanks a lot and we look forward to seeing you next year!
