Overall the chocolate box is a great place to stay and is really nice. The location is top notch as is the price. The rooms are good and clean and the team responsive. There are a few quirks - the bottom bedroom doesn't have a door on it that seperate it from the living room downstairs - but this wasn't an issue for us. The fridge is kind of behind the sofas in the dining/kitchen/living space so it's a little difficult to access and the windows take a little bit of time to work out but honestly none of this is bad, just odd! We stayed here for a conference, and the place is obviously set up more for stag and hen do's, but it's clean and works, and I can see how the stag and hen do's would use the space. For us as people attending a boring conference it was great Overall I'd love to come back here, there were two things that broke during our stay and they were fixed quickly!

Clean and did the job for what we were after. Reasonably pricey but that’s probably just reflective of the area. Thanks

Fantastic location for a hen weekend! Well equipped kitchen plenty of bedrooms and beds with clean bedding. We asked for fans to be provided which were. Bathrooms quite basic but clean. All linen and towels provided. The location meant that all of our activities were walking distance the sea front less than 5 mins the pier, lanes and shops and bars all less than 10 minutes.
